What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept many different forms of payment. Currently, we support:

When will my order ship?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. We will ship the same business day if ordered before 12am PST. Otherwise, the next business day.

SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped after 1-2 days of processing and handling. Then it takes 10-14 business days to arrive. Fast and free, always!

Please note: our product ships out of our Hong Kong factory and we use extra tape and other precautions while packaging orders to ensure that you receive your AirsPro safely and ready for use without damage.

Express DHL Shipping:
Get your order in 3-4 days after processing and handling with express DHL (there is a $20 shipping fee)

Please Note: All shipping times are estimated and can sometimes take longer than expected due to weather conditions and other unpredictable variables. To ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner please choose our 3-4 day express shipping option.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to every single country.

Will international orders encounter customs fees? 
99% of the time, no.
The value declared for our products is below what most countries will charge taxes on.

How do I get my tracking number? 
As soon as your order ships, tracking information will be automatically sent to your email or phone number (whichever you provided during checkout).

RETURNS
Can i return a product?
Yes. We offer a 20-day guarantee on all of our products - they can be returned within the first 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund or replacement.

First 30 days = Full refund or replacement minus any shipping fees

Our forever warranty kicks in after 30 days and makes it extremely convenient to receive replacements for your lost, damaged, defective, or stolen EarDots.

Option 1: Send us back your damaged or defective pair and make a $25 claim fee payment and we will ship you a brand new replacement.

Option 2: If you are unable to send back your existing pair or would prefer to keep them send us a claim fee payment of $39 and we will send you a brand new replacement.

The fee price includes the shipping cost, insurance, stocking cost, payment processing, and taxes.

Please Note: The AirsPro claim fee is $10-$15 extra.

With our forever warranty you can make unlimited replacement or exchange requests for products of equal or lesser value. The warranty must be renewed each year in order to continue receiving replacements. To renew your warranty you simple have to purchase any product at full price once a year to receive warranty coverage for the year on that product.

How do i start a return?
Please contact us using our contact form to begin the return process.

How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is processed, it will generally take 2-3 business days to show up in your account. This may vary depending on who you bank with, but should never take more than 5 business days.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds for items bought on discount or with promotional codes.

Trouble shooting
Are you having any issues with your AirPros, first try:

SOFT RESET
- Forget your device from bluetooth settings
- Open the lid and hold the back button for 10+ seconds, until the light flashes white and goes back to green
- Close the lid and wait a full minute, then open it and try to reconnect
- If it doesn't work, take the pods out, put them back in, close and open the lid, and try again. It may take 3 or 4 resets to work.

If it still doesn't work, try:
HARD RESET

- Leave the pods out of the case for several hours to let the battery fully drain. Even if the LED turns off it's not fully drained, so leave it around a full day.
- Once it's drained, put them back in the case and let them charge for a few minutes
- Then, do a Soft Reset. It may take 3 or 4 Soft Resets to work.
